Other software may apply estimated values for PC 'on time', but the Virtual Power Meter measures many times per second the actual power consumption of a device which will vary greatly depending on the specific model and what it's being used for.

This data, combined with the littleFOOT™ Portal, and our Asset Scanning software, enables the deployment and optimisation of energy management policies across a network and report accurately on savings. The policies can be optimised for both device characteristics and end user behaviour.

Whatever your energy tariff, however efficient your hardware is, littleFOOT™ will significantly reduce the number of hours 'on', and accurately tells you how much energy was used and how much was saved.

In addition to 'passive' energy management, an employee can actively increase their savings by adjusting the settings to suit their work-style. (Within preset parameters).

The Quick-Stop button sends the PC to a predetermined state such as 'Standby' or 'Off' – saving energy over lunch or a coffee break. A few times a day across an organisation adds up to many hours of saved energy. This also engages employees in the broader sustainability agenda, with the level of engagement being measured to enable tuning of internal communications to optimise results

While we can compare the carbon values of 'cheeseburgers' to 'air-miles' we are proud of the levels of accuracy that we achieve. Based on carbon data provided by 3rd party government sources such as OFGEM and the National Energy Foundation. We also reflect carbon values in countries where differing fuels are used for energy production.
